How to brew it
Good starting points. Every coffee and brewer is a little different, so adjust grind and time to taste.
About 1 g of coffee to 16 g of water (22 g for a 12 oz mug), water just off the boil (about 200°F). Pour slowly over 3 to 4 minutes.
About 1 g of coffee to 15 g of water. Steep 4 minutes, press, and pour right away so it doesn't keep brewing.
Start with 18 g in for about 36 g out in 25 to 30 seconds, then adjust the grind to taste.
1 part coffee to 8 parts cold water. Steep 12 to 18 hours in the fridge, strain, and dilute about 1:1 with water or milk.
Stir ¼ to ½ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract into each cup with your milk or sugar, or drop a split vanilla bean into cold brew while it steeps.

Questions
Where is your coffee grown?
Our single-origin coffees come from Uganda (Sipi, Kapchorwa District), Mexico (Chiapas and Oaxaca), Papua New Guinea (Chimbu Province), Bali (Kintamani) and Sumatra (Aceh and Takengon). The Whiskey Barrel-Aged coffee is a single-origin Guatemala, the Breakfast Blend is coffee from South America, and the African Espresso is a blend of Kenya, Tanzania and Ethiopia.
Can I get it ground?
Yes. Choose whole bean or a grind on each product page.
Do you have decaf?
Yes: Peru Decaf, decaffeinated with the Swiss Water Process, and our dark-roasted Decaf Espresso.
Which vanilla goes with which coffee?
Each coffee names its match. For example, Ugandan coffee with Ugandan vanilla, Papua New Guinea with Tahitian vanilla, and Mexican with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla. The table above lists every pairing.
How much vanilla should I add to coffee?
Start with ¼ to ½ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract per cup, stirred in with your milk or sugar. For cold brew, add a split vanilla bean to the jar while it steeps.
