Quality Policy · Freshness Guarantee

Quality control that protects freshness from origin to bottle.

Fresh vanilla is not just a date on a package. For VanillaGoods, freshness means clean aroma, proper moisture condition, protected storage, complete traceability — and product that is reviewed before it is released for sale.

01 / GUARANTEE

Our freshness guarantee

We stand behind the condition and quality of every approved VanillaGoods lot. Every bean lot and extract batch is inspected before release, assigned a lot code, and stored to preserve aroma, moisture balance, and flavor until shipment.

If something's wrong, we make it right

If a product arrives damaged, leaking, visibly compromised, or inconsistent with its description, we'll review the order and resolve it under our return or replacement policy. Contact us with your order number and photos.

Freshness in beans

A clean cure, flexible pods, strong aroma, proper moisture condition, no active mold, no pest activity — and packaging that protects beans from drying out or absorbing outside odors.

Freshness in extract

A sealed, batch-coded bottle filled from an approved lot — clean aroma, stable flavor, proper alcohol strength, normal clarity, no unusual haze or off-notes.

02 / PROCESS

Four checkpoints, every lot

No product is released for sale until it has cleared all four.

01

Supplier & origin review

Supplier identity, origin, species, lot records, and import documentation are reviewed before product moves forward.

02

Freshness inspection

Beans are checked for clean aroma, flexible texture, moisture condition, mold, pests, foreign material, and cure quality.

03

Protected storage

Approved lots are stored to protect aroma, limit drying, avoid odor transfer, and preserve condition before shipment.

04

Batch release control

Finished products are lot coded, label reviewed, and release checked before being packed for customer orders.

The freshness guarantee applies to product condition upon delivery and verified quality issues. Improper storage after delivery, opened bottles, or normal natural variation between vanilla lots may not qualify.
03 / QC TOOLS

Try our quality grading logic

These interactive tools show how VanillaGoods thinks about quality — combining sensory review, physical inspection, documentation, traceability, extract strength, and alcohol controls into a clear internal grade. Adjust the inputs and watch the grade respond.
