The bold one. Vanilla with a dark side.

If Madagascar is cream and caramel, Uganda is chocolate and smoke. Grown in equatorial highlands, Ugandan vanilla is prized for its bold, robust character — notes of dark cocoa, fig, molasses, and earthy sweetness, often with naturally higher vanillin content than any other origin. These Grade A beans are plump, oily, and intensely aromatic.

Why Grade A: gourmet moisture and seed density — split-and-scrape quality, graded for aroma and curing integrity.

Perfect for: chocolate desserts, brownies, coffee and mocha applications, spiced baking, barbecue and savory glazes, and anywhere vanilla needs to stand up to big flavors.

Five beans is all it takes to discover why chefs call Uganda the boldest origin in the bean belt.

Not your bakery-aisle vanilla. That's the point.
