The Vimonts are Eric, Kathy, Jake, and Hannah. The family moved from the Pacific Northwest to the Ozarks to find a more sustainable place to farm. The farm offers USDA-inspected grass-fed beef by the side or individual piece. Visitors are invited to inspect the dairy parlor and see the farm.
