David, Donna, and Nick Divoky are described as stewards of the land and have intimate knowledge shaped by many generations of interaction with it. The family has a multigenerational maple-syrup tradition dating back to the 1920s. The farm produces pure maple syrup in light, medium, and dark ambers. Visitors may be able to arrange a private sugarbush tour by calling Dave.
