Crisp
A baked fruit dessert topped with a crumbly mixture of flour, sugar, butter and usually oats, which bakes until crisp.

- Traditional and regional desserts
A crisp is very close to a crumble; in American usage, crisps usually include oats and sometimes nuts in the topping, while crumbles may not. Apple, peach and berry crisps are classic.
Bake at about 350 to 375°F (175 to 190°C) until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is deep golden. Serve warm with ice cream.
