Fair Winds Lavender is run by Steve and Susan Biedinger, who established their Tennessee home in 2013 and began growing lavender in 2016. The farm grows Munstead, Grosso, and Hidcote lavender; it plants, tends, harvests, and steam distills Munstead and Grosso. Visitors can see the growing flowers and learn about the process, storage, and creation of the farm’s chemical-free products.
