Also called: graham cracker crumbs

Graham crackers were named after Sylvester Graham, a 19th-century American preacher who promoted coarse, unsifted wheat flour. Today they are best known as the base of s'mores and of graham cracker crusts.

A classic crust uses about 1½ cups (150 g) of fine crumbs, 5 to 6 tablespoons (70 to 85 g) of melted butter and a little sugar, pressed into the pan and baked at about 350°F (175°C) for 8 to 10 minutes to set.
