Graham cracker crust
A press-in pie crust made from finely crushed graham crackers mixed with melted butter and sugar, used for cheesecakes, cream pies and no-bake desserts.

- Doughs, batters and pastry foundations
Also called: crumb crust, cookie crust
A typical crust for a 9-inch pie uses about 1 1/2 cups of crumbs, 5 to 6 tablespoons of melted butter and a few tablespoons of sugar. The mixture should hold together when squeezed, and it is pressed firmly into the pan, using the bottom of a measuring cup for an even layer.
Baking it at about 350°F (175°C) for 8 to 10 minutes makes it crisper and firmer. For no-bake desserts it can be chilled until set instead.
