Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk and white chocolate chips to a blender, then microwave for 20-30 seconds until the white chocolate softens.
  2. Add 2 cups vanilla ice cream, 2 tbsp hazelnut butter, and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract to the blender.
  3. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20-30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  4. Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
  5. Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp whipped cream and 1 tsp chocolate shavings.
  6. Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.

Tips

  • To melt white chocolate smoothly, warm it briefly with the milk before blending. Substitute hazelnut butter with Nutella for a sweeter variation.
