Instructions
- Add whole milk to a blender, followed by vanilla ice cream.
- Add chai concentrate and vanilla extract to the blender.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20 to 30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
