Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Add the ice cubes and a pinch of fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then add the vanilla extract, increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency. If too thick, blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk. If too thin, blend in a few extra ice cubes or frozen strawberries.
