- Brew the Earl Grey tea bags in 6 fl oz (180 ml) of hot water for 3-5 minutes to make a double-strength tea, then remove the tea bags.
- Stir in sweetener or fruit flavoring while the tea is warm, if desired.
- Add 4 fl oz (120 ml) cold filtered water to the brewed tea and stir.
- Pour the mixture over 1 cup (240 g) of ice and serve immediately.
