Instructions

  1. Brew strong Earl Grey tea and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Add brewed Earl Grey tea, milk, and 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  3. Add frozen blueberries and ice cubes.
  4. Add a small pinch of fine sea salt.
  5. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  6. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional liquid if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
  7. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.

Tips

  • Brew the Earl Grey tea stronger than usual for a bolder flavor. Substituting almond or oat milk works well for a dairy-free version.
