Instructions

  1. Add the milk, orange juice, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen banana, baby spinach, and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  4. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk or orange juice if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes/frozen fruit if too thin.
  5. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.

Tips

  • Use freshly squeezed orange juice for best citrus flavor. For a colder smoothie, freeze the orange juice in an ice cube tray beforehand.
