Instructions

  1. Add the milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the avocado, chopped cucumber, and sea salt to the blender.
  3. Add the ice cubes last.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
