Instructions

  1. Add the milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen wild blueberries and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes last.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until smooth.
  5. Check consistency. Add 1–2 tablespoons milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes if too thin and blend briefly.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
