Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen peach slices, protein powder, pure vanilla extract, and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency. Add 1–2 tablespoons of additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin and blend again.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
