Instructions

  1. Add the milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen banana, baby spinach, and fine sea salt on top.
  3. Add the ice cubes last.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons of additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen banana pieces if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
