Instructions

  1. Add the milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries and frozen pitted cherries.
  3. Add the ice cubes and pinch of fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. If too thick, blend in 1–2 tablespoons of additional milk. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes or frozen fruit and blend again.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
