Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the pumpkin purée, rolled oats, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35 to 50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency. If too thick, blend in 1 to 2 tablespoons additional milk; if too thin, blend in a few extra ice cubes.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
