Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup whole milk and 1/2 cup fresh orange juice to a blender.
- Add 2 cups vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup frozen peaches, and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp whipped cream.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.
Tips
- Use fresh orange juice rather than orange juice from concentrate for the best fresh citrus flavor. For a thinner shake, add milk gradually until desired texture is reached.
