Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract to a blender, followed by 2 cups vanilla ice cream.
  2. Add 1/2 cup frozen peaches and 2 tablespoons malted milk powder to the blender.
  3. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  4. Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
  5. Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tablespoons whipped cream.
  6. Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.

Tips

  • Use ripe frozen peaches for sweeter flavor. For thinner shakes, add milk gradually. Whipped cream topping can be omitted or replaced with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
