Instructions

  1. Add the unsweetened coconut milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add frozen pineapple chunks and passion fruit pulp with seeds.
  3. Add ice cubes, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
