Instructions

  1. Add the milk and pure vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen raspberries and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen raspberries if too thin.
