Instructions

  1. Add the plain kefir to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana and honey.
  3. Add the ice cubes, pinch of fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional liquid if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
