  • 1.0 cup (240.0 ml)ice cubes
  • small pinch of fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add the milk, fresh lemon juice, and banana to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the matcha powder and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then add the vanilla extract, increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons of additional milk if too thick, or add a few extra ice cubes if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
