Instructions

  1. Pour the unsweetened coconut milk into a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons of additional coconut milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen mango chunks if too thin.
