Instructions
- Add the coconut milk to a high-speed blender.
- Add the frozen blackberries and shredded coconut.
- Add the ice cubes and a pinch of fine sea salt.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then add 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract and increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
