  • 1.0 cup (180.0 g)orange segments
  • ½ cup (120.0 g)ice cubes
  • pinch of fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add the unsweetened coconut milk beverage and the vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks and orange segments.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional coconut milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen mango chunks if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
