Instructions

  1. Add unsweetened coconut milk beverage to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add frozen mango chunks, ground ginger, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the smoothie’s consistency and adjust by adding 1–2 tablespoons additional coconut milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen mango chunks if too thin.
