Instructions
- Brew the jasmine tea leaves in 6 fl oz (180 ml) of hot water for 3-4 minutes at about 200°F (93°C) to make double strength tea, then strain out the leaves.
- Stir in sweetener or fruit flavoring if desired while the tea is still warm.
- Add 4 fl oz (120 ml) of cold filtered water to the brewed tea.
- Pour the mixture over 1 cup (240 ml) of ice and serve immediately.
