- Bring 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water to near boiling and brew the black tea bags for 4-5 minutes to make a strong concentrate.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in sweetener if desired, while the tea is still warm.
- Add 4 fl oz (120 ml) cold filtered water to dilute the concentrate.
- Pour the tea mixture over a cup filled with ice and serve immediately.
