Instructions
- Combine cocoa powder, sugar, and 2 fl oz (60 ml) of whole milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Whisk continuously until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Add the remaining 8 fl oz (235 ml) whole milk and the crème brûlée syrup, stirring to combine.
- Heat the mixture to steaming (around 160°F/71°C), taking care not to boil.
- Pour into a mug and serve immediately.
