Instructions

  1. Add the coconut milk beverage to a blender, followed by the vanilla ice cream.
  2. Add pure vanilla extract to the blender.
  3. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20 to 30 seconds until the mixture is thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  4. Check the consistency. If too thick, add 1 tablespoon of coconut milk beverage at a time until desired consistency is reached. If too thin, add 1/4 cup more vanilla ice cream and blend briefly.
  5. Pour the milkshake into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with whipped cream.
