Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring, then cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk in the sugar, then the eggs one at a time, then the vanilla and salt. Stir in the flour just until no streaks remain.
  4. Pour into the crust and bake until the top is crackly and the center is just set, 30 to 35 minutes (a toothpick in the center comes out with moist crumbs).
