  • 8.0 oz (227.0 g)white chocolate, chopped
  • 2.0 cups (480.0 ml)heavy cream, divided
  • 1.0 tspunflavored gelatin, bloomed in 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1.0 tsp (5.0 ml)VanillaGoods pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/2 cup of the cream until simmering, remove from the heat, and stir in the bloomed gelatin until dissolved. Pour over the white chocolate and stir until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Whip the remaining 1 1/2 cups cream with the vanilla to soft peaks and fold into the white chocolate.
  3. Spread in the crust and refrigerate until set, at least 6 hours.
