Instructions

  1. Pour the unsweetened coconut milk beverage into a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana and 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then increase to high speed and blend in the vanilla extract with other ingredients for 35 to 50 seconds until smooth.
  5. Check the consistency. If too thick, blend in 1 to 2 tablespoons more coconut milk. If too thin, add extra ice cubes or frozen pineapple chunks and blend again.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
