Instructions

  1. Add the unsweetened coconut milk beverage to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen pineapple chunks, chopped apple, half an avocado, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes and a pinch of fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. If too thick, blend in 1–2 tablespoons of additional coconut milk. If too thin, add a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit and blend.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
