Instructions

  1. Add the unsweetened coconut milk beverage to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks and chopped kale (tough stems removed) and the pure vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional liquid if too thick, or add a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
