Coconut cream
The thick, rich part of coconut milk, with more fat and less water, used in dairy-free desserts and whipped toppings.

- Baking ingredients and additives
Coconut cream contains about 20 to 25% fat. When a can of full-fat coconut milk is chilled, the cream rises to the top and can be scooped off. Chilled coconut cream whips into a dairy-free alternative to whipped cream.
It is used in curries, Thai desserts, coconut cream pie, panna cotta and dairy-free ice cream. Cream of coconut is different: it is sweetened and used in cocktails.
