Instructions
- Melt white chocolate gently in a microwave or double boiler until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- Add whole milk to a blender, followed by vanilla ice cream, frozen mango, melted white chocolate, and pure vanilla extract.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with whipped cream and white chocolate shavings.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.
Tips
- Melt the white chocolate gently to avoid burning it; use white chocolate chips or bars. For a thicker shake, freeze mango pieces before blending.
