Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate until smooth and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Add 1/2 cup whole milk and 2 cups vanilla ice cream to a blender.
  3. Add the melted white chocolate and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract to the blender.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  5. Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
  6. Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp whipped cream and 1 tbsp graham cracker or pie-crust crumbs.
