Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate chips gently in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  2. Add 1/2 cup whole milk and melted white chocolate to a blender, followed by 2 cups vanilla ice cream.
  3. Add 1/3 cup crushed cookies and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20-30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  5. Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
  6. Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp whipped cream and 1 tbsp crushed cookie crumbs.
  7. Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.

Tips

  • If white chocolate is unavailable, white chocolate chips are a good substitute. Chill the glass beforehand to keep the milkshake cold longer.
