Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Add chilled cold brew coffee and melted white chocolate to a blender, followed by vanilla ice cream.
  3. Add pure vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
