Instructions

  1. Pour the coconut milk and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana and mixed frozen berries.
  3. Add the ice cubes and a pinch of fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional liquid if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes/frozen fruit if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
