Instructions

  1. Add the coconut milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana and fresh baby spinach leaves.
  3. Add the ice cubes and pinch fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional liquid if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes/frozen fruit if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
