Instructions

  1. Add the unsweetened coconut milk beverage and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen pineapple chunks and chopped apple.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and adjust by blending in 1–2 tablespoons additional coconut milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
