Instructions

  1. Prepare vanilla pudding according to package instructions, chill and set.
  2. Add 1/2 cup whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups vanilla ice cream and 1/4 cup prepared vanilla pudding.
  3. Add 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  5. Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
