Instructions
- Combine the cold water, extra-fine Turkish coffee, and granulated sugar in a cezve (Turkish coffee pot).
- Place the cezve over low heat and slowly bring to a simmer without stirring.
- When foam begins to form and just before boiling, remove from heat to avoid overflow.
- Pour the coffee gently into a small cup, allowing grounds to settle at the bottom, and serve immediately.
